Working with women of diverse backgrounds in Australia & beyond for over 15 years has taught me a lot. Besides the amazing inherent cultural qualities each WOMAN possesses, there is one element which is common. That is a seamless sense of ‘ADAPTING’ (another word for intelligence).

Whether it is in another culture, country, family, relationship, job, roles, marriage, children and many other scenarios that life throws at you.

But what about YOU as a WOMAN, about who YOU are, as is, without external VALIDATION?

With the #BeYouAsWoman, #BeYoubyRajSuri Series, I wanted to go beyond that ‘External Validation’. It is about the Woman as You are – cultured, strong, vulnerable and everything else what makes YOU Wholesomely Beautiful!
