Sometimes, having ‘No Thing’ in mind opens the connection with the real YOU within, bringing deeper clarity, purpose, focus and much more…. How does one de-clutter the mind, which is constantly being collecting “stuff”, most of which we may not even need in the long run. [spacer height=”20px”]

Personally, one of things that helps me to focus is to go for walks in natural setting and find a place to sit still for sometime or Just Be… Instead of us running after high achieving, sometimes, it is best to slow down, let things come to you. – RAJ SURI
